Uzma D Waqar (USA)
Ms Waqar is a Special Educationalist and currently working as a certified substitute teacher with Mukilteo School District , WA, USA, She is an expert in special education and also has a masters degree in this field . She has been associated with the Institute for special education Rabwah (ISER) since 2015 and has been instrumental in shaping up the school and introducing the best in class practises in the domain of special needs. Despite being based out of Pakistan she remains actively involved in the day to day workings of the ISER and also regularly trains our staff through on-line Skype sessions.
NAEEMA BUSHRA (PAKISTAN)
Ms Bushra is an authority on Special needs in Pakistan and is associated with the field of special educations since 1986. She is currently working as a Director of National Institute for Special Education (NISE), Directorate General of Special Education, Govt of Pakistan. She is a M.Sc. in Applied Psychology and also hold a P.G, Diploma in Special Education from Birmingham University, U.K. She is an author of a book on Autism and her publications on Downs Syndrome, Learning Disabilities and Inclusive Education are currently in process.
She is an avid supporter of ISER and regularly visits the school giving valuable advise to both teachers and administration on running of the school.

RAMLA CHAUDRY (USA)
Ms Chaudry is an autism expert from San Jose , USA with having 10 years of experience working in the field of Autism. She has done extensive trainings of staff, working directly with children ages 18 months-25 years of age. She has worked with different schools and organizations in the capacity of behavioural management therapist and currently in the process of gaining her board certification to become a board certified behaviour analyst.
She has been actively involved with Institute for special education Rabwah (ISER) training our staff in the field of autism., its diagnosis criteria, assessment process and defining the techniques of applied behaviour analysis .

AROOJ NAJAMUSSAQIB (PAKISTAN)
Ms. Arooj Najumussaqib a MS in Clinical Psychology from GC University , Lahore is an expert clinical psychologist , councillor and a trainer . She is currently working as a consultant clinical psychologist /councillor in Islamabad Pakistan and also closely involved with the National training institute for special education (NISE),Islamabad.
She has been instrumental in shaping up the psychological assessment methodology for our school and has also introduced latest behaviour assessment tools and scales. She also did a comprehensive academic audit of our school and since then suggest various improvements. She is a regular visitor to our school.

Dr. FAREED MINHAS (PAKISTAN)
Dr Fareed Minhas is a Professor & Head of Psychiatry Rawalpindi medical college, University of Health Sciences. He is also a consultant Psychiatrist Rawalpindi General Hospital Rawalpindi, Pakistan. He has an MBBS degree from Rawalpindi medical college & also holds FRCP in psychiatry from Royal college of psychiatrists London, UK.. He has done training sessions with our school faculty on psychological assessment of the students. He has also done counselling sessions with the parents and general public on psychological problems, depression and possible mitigation.
ATEEQ UR REHMAN (PAKISTAN)
Mr Ateeq ur rehman is a Special Educationalist by profession and currently working with def and hard of hearing children in a special-ed school in Dera Ghazi Khan Pakistan. He has been involved with our school guiding and training our teachers and students in sign language. He has also helped in improving our cricluam for def & hard of hearing.
FAREEDA NERGIS (PAKISTAN)
Ms Nergis is a Clinical Nutritionist and holds a B.S in Food and Nutrition from University of Agriculture Faisalabad. She acts as a consultant to our school assessing the nutritional needs of our students and planning various interventions. She also regularly hold seminars and training sessions on Nutrition for our staff and faculty.
Dr. MIRZA SULTAN AHMAD (PAKISTAN)
Dr Mirza Sultan Ahmad is a Consultant Paediatrician at the Fazle Omar Hospital, Rabwah. He has presented a number of research papers at international conferences. He has authored many publications in different journals. He is closely involved with Institute for Special education Rabwah (ISER) in the capacity of a consultant paediatrician and also initiated a research project on downs syndrome and its cause among our students
Dr. ATA UL HADI (PAKISTAN)
Dr Ata ul Hadi is a B.Sc in physiotherapy from King Edward Medical University. He also holds a post professional doctor of physiotherapy from Ripah International University. He is presently working as in charge cardiac rehab Tahir Heart Institute Rabwah. He has also been involved in teaching and has worked as a lecturer Allama Iqbal college of physiotherapy Allama Iqbal Medical college Lahore.
Dr Hadi regularly provides his support to the physiotherapy department of our school and advices on the latest tool and techniques available.

Dr. NAUREEN SOHAIL (CANADA)
Dr. Naureen Sohail is an MBBS doctor. The identification of her son’s hearing loss geared her interest in the field of special education. She is a graduate of the Teacher of the deaf and hard of hearing program and Master in Education program at York University, Toronto. She has worked as a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing with Toronto District School Board for 8 years. For the past 7 years she has been working as a Listening and Spoken Language Therapist with the Cochlear Implant Program at the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto. Currently Dr. Naureen is working on acquiring an International Certification in Listening and Spoken Language.
Ms sohail is closely involved in assessment of def and hard of hearing students of ISER and also provides valuable advise on teaching methodology, medical treatment and hearing aids.
